Items *usually* ship within 1-3 business days of purchase (You will be notified in the event there is a delay in shipping time).
We cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your packages in any certain amount of time, Priority will get it there faster, but does not guarantee a delivery date.
Please Select UPS shipping for guaranteed delivery dates. Depending on your location, it is usually 1-5 business days. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding a guaranteed delivery date.
If your item was shipped via USPS, within the United States, we will do a refund or a resend if you have not received your package within 30 business days of the time it was marked as shipped. Please contact us within that 30 day time frame. If your item was shipped via UPS and did not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, please contact us.
For international orders I will refund or resend if you have not received your package after 60 business days. Please contact me within that 60 day time frame. IMPORTANT: Point Blank Art & Design is NOT responsible for tariffs or fees associated with international with shipping. By purchasing and shipping this product, the customer assumes sole responsibility for any and all taxes, fees, duties and customs issues.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all forms of payment through PayPal (you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay via paypal) Colorado residents pay 2.9% sales tax (Westminster, CO residents pay 8.6%)
Can I Return or Exchange My Item?
While there are no “one size fits all” parameters on my refund policy, because it’s handled on a case by base basis, here are a couple of guidelines:
Please contact us first, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or in the event your item gets damaged or lost during shipping. We will be happy to replace your items or work something out with you. We really want you to be happy with your experience!
For U.S. orders, please notify me of any problems within 30 days of the item being marked as shipped. For International orders, please notify me of any problems within 60 days of the item being marked as shipped.
No returns or exchanges will be honored after 60 days of the item being shipped.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and wish for a refund, refunds will not be given until item has been returned undamaged to us. Cost of returning an item to us, is the buyers responsibility.
How the Heck Should I Frame My Print?
12 x 18 frames are now a standard size for a digital print and are easily found online, or at your local craft shop (In the U.S., your local Michael’s store will have them) For 12 x 18 prints we highly recommend having your local framer, or craft store cut you a mat to fit a 16 x 20 frame. This is a classic look! All other print sizes are cut to fit directly into a store bought frame as well. If you’re still unsure of the best way to frame your print, talk to your local framer, and they’ll be glad to help you out. Check out My Art, Your Wall for examples of my framed prints.
